Diana is a Realtor and has been in the real estate industry for 18 years. She is the Technology Ambassador and the Productivity Coach for the market center. Diana specializes in buyer and seller representations, residential, residential multi-family investments, first time home buyers, relocations, and out of state referrals. She is fortunate to assist many Sellers move and Buyers find their dream homes. She is a certified SFR (Short Sale Foreclosure Resource) specialist, loan modifications reviews and buyer representation. I am also a loan signing agent and Notary Public. Diana is Bi-lingual English and Spanish fluently. Her family is from Central America (Nicaragua and Costa Rica) and Sonora, Mexico. She is first generation American born citizen of her family. She was born and raised in Los Angeles, California and currently lives in Whittier, California. She has been married for 30 years and has three adult son’s. Diana’s service and dedication is giving back to her local community. She is currently an Ambassador and Member of the Downey Chamber of Commerce for KW; and Former Board of Director for the National Association Hispanic of Real Estate Professionals for the Montebello Chapter (NAHREP-MSELA.) Diana has received numerous recognition's from Cal State Long Beach; Downey Council PTA with an Honorary Service; County of Los Angeles, Rancho Los Amigos, City of Downey and from State Legislature based on her time and devotion by giving back and her volunteer service time to her community. In 2013, Diana was honored and voted in to become an Associates Leadership Council (ALC) Member for Keller Williams Realty Downey. She demonstrates her leadership skills, contributes her time to train other associates to achieve their goals. Diana was chosen as the 2017 Regional Cultural Ambassador for the California- Inland Empire region and was recognized at the 2018 KW Family Reunion Cultural Summit.
