Franco Rodriguez is a California native he started his real estate career in 2001, assisting homeowners facing bank foreclosure he soon crafted a niche in Short Sale Negotiations. To date, he has consulted and worked on over 500 Short Sales.

Teaching has always been one of Franco’s passions. In 2007, he became a pre-licensing instructor for candidates applying for real estate licensing with the California Department of Real Estate, having taught closely. His passion for leadership and coaching has led him to lead several Keller Williams Offices as a Team Leader. You can often find Franco coaching Agents in their businesses as well as contracts and negotiations.

When not at work Franco enjoys time with his family, swimming and cycling the streets of the West San Gabriel Valley.
